Rock Your Cause™ apparel is supposed to be the perfect fit! If you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date the item was shipped to exchange the item(s) or receive a full refund for any non-sale item, provided the item(s) is unworn, unwashed, free of defects, has all original tags attached and that you have your original sales receipt. For refunds, your card will be credited (less initial shipping charges) upon receiving the returned items and a return credit receipt will be sent to the shipping address that was provided at the time the original order was placed. Items returned after 30 but before 60 days will be given store credit less a $10 re-stocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you receive a defective item you must notify Rock Your Cause™ within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, Rock Your Cause™ will only accept defective items at its discretion. Rock Your Cause™ will reimburse the shipping costs for returns of defective items.
Sale items or special seasonal/promotional items are non-refundable but can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days from the date the item was shipped.
To ship an item back to Rock Your Cause™, place it in an envelope along with a your original sales receipt. Indicate on the receipt whether you are exchanging the item or returning the item. If you are exchanging the item, please indicate the style, color, size and other applicable details of the new item you wish to receive. Send exchanges and returns to:

For your personal security, please ship returns using an insured courier service (FedEx, UPS, US Postal Service) and retain a copy of your receipt. Rock Your Cause™ is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
