This year, all profits from the sample clothing sale will be donated to Queen’s Mental Health Awareness Committee (MHAC). As part of the AMS’ Social Issues Commission, the Mental Health Awareness Committee works to heighten students’ awareness of and sensitivity toward mental health issues.
It aims to eliminate the stigma and discrimination associated with mental illness in the Queen’s community. The Mental Health Awareness Committee aims to reduce the stigma associated with mental illness on campus by educating the Queen’s community. MHAC also strives to direct students in need to the appropriate mental health resources available on campus.
So invite all of your friends to join us for a wonderful afternoon full of great shopping, all for a great cause! Cause: it’s philanthropy that fits perfectly.
